2. About our services

Sunflower of Westchester is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Valhalla, New York. Our website provides information about our programs and supports donations, sign-ups, and contact requests. The website does not provide clinical advice; clinical services are delivered only through scheduled appointments with our licensed staff.

3. Eligibility

Most of our community programs serve residents, workers, and students of Westchester County, NY. Some programs are open to the wider region. Eligibility for sliding-scale clinical fees is determined during a brief intake conversation; we do not require documentation beyond a self-reported household income.

4. Donations

Donations are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law (EIN 99-3159228). Recurring donations may be canceled at any time by emailing contact@sunflowerofwestchester.online.

5. User content

If you submit testimonials, photos, or stories, you grant Sunflower of Westchester a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in our communications, with attribution as you specify. You retain all underlying rights and may withdraw permission at any time for future uses.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, logos, and program names are the property of Sunflower of Westchester or our licensors. You may share and link to our content for personal, educational, and journalistic use with attribution.

7. Third-party links

Our website may link to other organizations, partners, or resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
